Amazing, kind and caring

Whitehall Dental practice

I can’t recommend Whitehall enough – we have been with Jonathan for many years as a family and prior to that with his lovely father Bruce.

I originally joined the practice maybe 18 years ago as I was slightly nervous of dentists due to something teeth related that happened in my past – they are so welcoming that I now have no problem with going and also have very few problems with my teeth since I have been under their watchful eye.

Our sons are now in their 20’s and have no fillings at all.

We also use their really good hygiene service.

Our family has been with the Whitehall House Practice for well over 20 years, and we have total confidence in all that Jonathan and his team have to offer : they are professional and efficient. We like their emphasis on good preventative dentistry. We appreciate the way Jonathan explains things, whether X-rays or the treatment itself as it progresses, and this instils confidence.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for them.

My dentation journey has been horrendous since 13 when an unexplained need to cut back my gums and apply black silk stitches set the scene for a life needing constant dental assistance. Every visit was viewed with trepidation and hesitation until I chose Whitehall Dental to remove 6 teeth , leaving just 2 , to secure a lower plate.The technology, chemistry, skill and care applied by Jonathon at Whitehall was exemplary and provided in my case an unbelievably painless experience.

I had a very positive experience at Whitehall House Dental Practice. I saw Ben about a long standing problem with pain on the right side of my face which had been causing me considerable pain on and off for three years. I had seen two dentists (at two other practices), three GPs, an ear nose and throat specialist and a TMJ physiotherapist before I saw Ben and no one had been able to help. I had been dismissed by other dentists and told my pain was all in my head. Ben listened carefully and compassionately to my history and investigated possible dental causes for my pain thoroughly. He identified a possible dental cause and recommended a treatment which could help. Since that treatment my pain has been less severe and we are waiting to see whether it improves further over time. I arrived at Whitehall House Dental practice in terrible pain, emotionally fragile and feeling hopeless about whether I would ever be free of my pain. I was treated with care and compassion by everyone I spoke to (including the reception team and dental nurses who were all lovely). I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

A great service, I managed to get an appointment within 24 hrs due to some soreness with a denture (on implants fitted last year in Hungary). Jonathan was happy to treat me (despite having treatment abroad), and solved my problem. I will now be returning for regular cleaning and check ups.

Been with this practice for nearly 2 years. I had not been to a dentist for 7 years before joining the practice so my teeth were not in very good condition.The Treatment Ive had, advice and the correct dental plan means in 2 years my teeth and gums are the healthiest and strongest they been in years.For patients, like myself, who had a fear of visiting the dentist Johnathan is very calming and puts you at ease.
